jiho/zooprocessr: Read and analyse data generated by zooprocess

zooprocess <http://www.obs-vlfr.fr/LOV/ZooPart/ZooScan/> is a companion software suite for the ZooScan and the Underwater Video Profiler. It allows the processing of the images generated by bot instruments and their automatic prediction through PlanktonIdentifier <http://www.obs-vlfr.fr/~gaspari/Plankton_Identifier/>. The functions in this package ease the extraction and basic processing of data from zooprocess projects.
