A data frame with 8160 rows and 10 variables:
- ST
Sequence type
- ASP
aspA allele
- GLN
glnA allele
- GLT
gltA allele
- GLY
glyA allele
- PGM
pgm allele
- TKT
tkt allele
- UNC
uncA allele
- CC
Clonal complex
- Coli
TRUE if more isolates have been submitted to PubMLST as C.coli, NA if unknown.
