In joey711/animate.phyloseq: Animation tools to complement the phyloseq package

animate_phyloseq

This is an add-on package for creating animated graphics with phyloseq.

It currently requires that you have the following external software installed:

ImageMagick (http://imagemagick.org)

Using animate_phyloseq, you should be able to:

• Animate phylogenetic data in which subsets of samples are related by a time-series.

• Create other animations from data.frames that have a time-step component, or at least a variable that can serve as one.

• Tool(s) for converting a variable/vector into an appropriate time-series or time-step variable.
