kaigu1990/siGSEA: A simple GSEA tool for expression data

This R package is familar with the source code(R) of GSEA. I rebuild a simple GSEA with using little code. It can analyze expression data with most GSEA default parameters, show GSEA report and plots. Maybe it looks like useless, but is my first try of simple R package.
