Helper function for test statistic simulation.
Calculate expected correlation at single locus
for all pairs of ancestries.
Usage
get_sigma(ep)
Arguments
ep
vector of length K (K = no. ancestral pops) containg expected/average admixture proportions
Value
Correlation matrix.
