gigwa_set_run: Set the current active GIGWA run

Set the current active GIGWA run

Description

This function will update the current active run in the internal state object using the 'studyDbIds' retrieved from GIGWA which is associated to the given run_name parameter.

Usage

gigwa_set_run(run_name)

Arguments

run_name

the name of the run
