Obtain extracted ion chromatograms (EIC) for all picked peaks, provided by pickPEAKS function.
Usage

extractEIC(raw, pks)
Arguments
raw
OnDiskMSnExp class object for the single datafile of interest.
pks
DataFrame object generated with function pickPEAKS.
Value
Function returns a list with an EIC for eack peak in the pks table.
Individual peaks' EICs can be plotted using base graphics.
