extractPEAKGR(pkg, object, samples)
Arguments
pkg
numeric specifying a peak-group-of-interest.
object
massFlowTemplate class object.
samples
data.frame with experiment's metadata.
Value
Function returns a data.frame with centWave values for the peak-group-of-interest in every sample.
