Submission

This is a re-submission of spind v2.2.1.

We have corrected the NOTE from the last submission:

Found the following (possibly) invalid URLs: URL: http://github.com/levisc8/spind/issues (moved to https://github.com/levisc8/spind/issues) From: inst/doc/spind_vignette.html Status: 200 Message: OK

The path in the vignette now uses https instead of http.

All builds passed with no ERRORS, WARNINGS, or NOTES.

Tested on:

• Windows 10, R 4.0.2
• ubuntu 16.04.6 (on Travis-CI) -- R-devel, R-release, R-oldrelease
• MacOSX Sierra 10.13.6 (on Travis-CI) -- R-release, R-oldrelease
• Windows Server 2008 (on Win-Builder) -- R-devel, R-release, r-oldrelease
