Usage

Format

A tibble with 65 rows and 17 variables:

  • Id: id

  • Endereco: house address

  • Descricao: Advertising text

  • Bairro: neighborhood

  • AreaConstruida: building area

  • DataTransacao: sales date

  • Data: sales date, with convenient format for modelling

  • Localizacao: indicative of house to be inside gated community or not

  • IndiceFiscal: land price per square meter

  • PadraoConstrutivo: construction

  • OrigemComprador: buyer origin

  • FinalidadeCompra: purpose of purchase

  • ValorOfertado: List prices

  • ValorVendido: Sale prices

  • FatorOferta: relation between list and sales prices

  • PUvenda: sale price per square meter

  • PUoferta: list price per square meter
