file_path: Composing file paths
In lorenzwalthert/gitsum: Parse and summarize git repositories

Like base::file.path(), but sorts our character(1) first.

1	file_path(..., fsep = .Platform$file.sep)

`...`	character vectors.
`fsep`	the path separator to use.
