CellProfileR
R package for cleaning and performing quality control on data output by CellProfiler. CellProfiler is free, open-source software for quantitative analysis of biological images, written and managed by a team in the Carpenter Lab at the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT.
To intall this package, first make sure you have installed and loaded devtools (using install.packages("devtools") then library(devtools)).
You can then install using:
install_github("lucyleeow/CellProfileR")
and load with:
library(CellProfileR)
