hamP: Hamming Distance for Partial rankings

Description

Computes the Hamming distance between two partial rankings.

Usage

hamP(a, b, k)

Arguments

a, b	integer vectors
k	integer

Value

Returns the Hamming distance between the two partial rankings, where only the first k items have been ranked. No ties are permitted.
