Fit the regional growth curve of a subset of site. If the distribution
is not specified, the best between gev, glo,ln3 and
pe3 is chosen according to the goodness of fit of the Kurtosis (L-ratios)

Subset of values to fit. Default all observations.

Vector of return periods
