.mutateEach(grl, ...)
Arguments
grl
a CompressedGRangesList
...
named list of vectors to insert as metadata columns on each element
GRanges. Each vector length must match the length of the GRangesList.
Value
a CompressedGRangesList with all element GRanges updated
with supplied metadata columns
