mgerault/DIAgui: A shiny app for processing DIAnn output in proteomics
This package contains a shiny app to process the report.tsv file, the output from DIA-NN. Functions used in the app are available for use in an external R pipeline. This package totally depends on the iq package and also takes code from the diann package from Vadim Demichev.
