Plot the linkage phase configuration given a list of homologous chromosomes
Usage
draw_phases(ploidy, hom.allele.p, hom.allele.q)
Arguments
ploidy
ploidy level
hom.allele.p
a list of vectors containing linkage
phase configuration for parent P. Each vector contains the
numbers of the homologous chromosomes in which the alleles are
located.
hom.allele.q
same for parent Q
