Get the standard deviations for an object

Usage

Stdev(object, ...)

## S3 method for class 'DimReduc'
Stdev(object, ...)

## S3 method for class 'Seurat'
Stdev(object, reduction = "pca", ...)

Arguments

object	An object
...	Arguments passed to other methods
reduction	Name of reduction to use

Value

The standard deviations

Examples

# Get the standard deviations for each PC from the DimReduc object
Stdev(object = pbmc_small[["pca"]])

# Get the standard deviations for each PC from the Seurat object
Stdev(object = pbmc_small, reduction = "pca")
