tracker(infile, outdir = NULL, subjid, verbose = TRUE, opts = "")
Arguments
infile
Input filename (dcm or nii)
outdir
Output directory
subjid
subject id, if NULL, the basename of the infile will be used
verbose
print diagnostic messages
