A data set containing the growth rate and X0 values from linear fitting of cell count data.

An object of class grouped_df (inherits from tbl_df, tbl, data.frame) with 64 rows and 8 columns.

cell_type: lf = lung fibroblasts
pasmc = pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells
experiment: 02 = 0.2% oxygen for hypoxia
05 = 0.5% oxygen for hypoxia
bay = molidustat treatment
05-bay = 0.5% oxygen plus molidustat
batch: a group of biological replicates analyzed similarly
date: start date of an experiment
oxygen: ambient oxygen level
treatment: None = no treatment
DMSO = 0.1% DMSO
BAY = 10 μM molidustat
X0: cell count at time 0
mu: growth rate per hour
