Description
NOTE: For internal use only.
This is the workhorse that powers qualimap. Given a sample,
type and path, extract_summary_tables extracts all
summary statistics and returns them as a list of data.tables.

Arguments
file
The file corresponding to that sample.
sample
Sample name.
type
"summary" or one of "coverage_.*" values. See
vignette for details.
group
Group / condition this sample belongs to.
Value
A list of data.tables.
