Empirical Bayes Statistics for Differential Expression
Description
Apply eBayes to the result of function
phylolmFit.
Function treat is not supported yet for a PhyloMArrayLM,
and will throw an error.
Usage
eBayes(fit, ...)
treat(fit, ...)
Arguments
fit
a PhyloMArrayLM object, fitted using phylolmFit.
...
further parameters to be passed to eBayes or treat.
