Takes in a set of Country UIDs and returns an Operating Unit name.
Usage
getOUFromCountryUIDs(country_uids, cop_year = NA)
Arguments
country_uids
List of country UIDs from the d$info$country_uids object.
Value
A data frame consisting of the name of the operating unit
