report_cases(ts, report.prop, lag, sim.steps)
Arguments
ts
Dataframe. Time series of the epidemiological variables.
report.prop
Numerical. Proportion of cases reported (between 0 and 1).
lag
Numerical. Lag (delay) btw. incident date and reported date or episode date in days.
sim.steps
Numerical. simulation time steps between every day
