In queezzz/qzmle: Maximum likelihood estimation

• algal example: this is a NLMM, not a GNLMM, but it's fairly computationally challenging and would be a worthwhile exercise
• the repeated package has a gnlmm function; there are a bunch of examples listed the documentation, although they're all made-up (i.e. not real data)
• apparently the nlmixr package also has a gnlmm function (see here)
• maybe also the gnm package according to this ?
