Description

Panel function for grplot.

Usage

  panel.parental(x, y, parents, coords, col, alpha,
  edgecol, edgealpha, islist = F, rawdata = NULL, grobNode,
  grobNodeSize, offset, widthMultiplier = 2,
  heightMultipler = 3, ...)

Arguments

x	The x-coordinates of the nodes
y	The y-coordinates of the nodes
parents	An object of class parental
coords	The coords (not currently used??)
col	A vector of colours for the nodes (not currently used??)
alpha	A vector of alpha values for the nodes (not currently used??)
edgecol	A matrix of edge colours
edgealpha	A matrix of edge alpha values
islist	A logical of length 1
rawdata	A data frame of raw data.
grobNode	A function that returns the grob for a given node
grobNodeSize	A function that returns the size of a grob for a given node
offset	An offset
widthMultiplier	A width multiplier
heightMultipler	A height multiplier
...	Further arguments
