rmsharp/parentfindr: What the Package Does (One Line, Title Case)
The Parentage Analysis Tool uses an exclusion algorithm to determine parentage assignment. It expects an input file describing the animals and their alleles as well as an input file listing the potential trios. This tool can accommodate multiple candidate dams as well as multiple candidate sires.
