Usage
1
makeFirstParentDf(id, firstParentType, columnNames, firstParents, scores)
Arguments
id
offspring ID
firstParentType
character vector of length one with one of dams
or sires.
columnNames
character vector of columns to include from scores
in dataframe
firstParents
character vector of parent IDs of gender firstParentType
scores
list object with a comparison information for all trio
combinations.
