A data frame with the following columns:

ID: the unique subject id
age: age of the subject, in years
race: 'white', 'black', 'hispanic' or 'other'
grp: 'combination' or 'patchOnly'; the name of the treatment arm to which the subject was assigned
sub.isMale: ndicator for membership of the subgroup 'isMale'
sub.isHeavySmoker: indicator for membership of the subgroup 'isHeavySmoker'
ttr: time to relapse, in days
ttr.cens: indicator for relapse
end.2: additional endpoint
cens.2: indicator for additional endpoint
