In sharksmhi/tryout: Automatic quality control of physical, chemical and marine biological data generated by the SHARK system
Test environments
- Windows 7, R version 3.5.1
- Windows 10, R version 3.6.1
R CMD check results
Initial problems with loading the package through "devtools" in Windows 7 R version 3.5.1, a known bug with package "backports" makes it necessary to install this package manually through install.packages("backports",dependencies=T)
There were no further ERRORs and WARNINGs.
In both Windows 7 and Windows 10 R version 3.6.1 environment there is problem with the Shiny App when calling worms API:
Warning: Error in curl::curl_fetch_memory: Operation was aborted by an application callback. Bug fixes required.
