UDivEvo
A package for Unknown Diversity Diversification Analysis in Evolution.
This package implements diversification analysis for clades with unknown global diversity estimates.
The main functions are parametrised to infer net diversification and turnover rate on reconstructed phylogenies.
To install this package on R, you can simply run:
install. packages("devtools")
