A summary method for gblup objects

Usage

## S3 method for class 'gblup'
summary(gblup, ehat = FALSE, sigma = FALSE, fe = FALSE)

Arguments

gblup	an object of the class gblup generated by gblup
ehat	a logical value to indicate if residuals should be reported
sigma	a logical value to indicate if variance component matrix should be included
fe	a logical value to indicate if a fixed effects table should be included

Value

an object of the class summary.gblup with:

• trait name of the trait

• vformula and formula equations for random and fixed effects

• llik log-likelihood at convergence

• cycle number of iterations

• uhat blup of individuals

• sigma estimated variance components and h2

• coefm estimated fixed effects, s.e. and test statistics
