Description
restrict the productives to onle thoise that have been sequenced > cutoff times
Usage

recurringProductives(x, cutoff = 5, cells = NULL)
Arguments
x
the IMGThelper object
cutoff
select only CDR3 elements used more than cutoff times (default=5)
cells
the cell IDs to look into (default NULL == all)
