This function reorderes a grouping using hclust. The grouing will simply be converted into a factor.
Usage
implyCloseOrder(dataObj, groupName = NULL, hclust.method = "complete")
Arguments
dataObj
the Rscexv data object
groupName
the name of the grouping that has to be reordered
