This function generates a list of igraph objects from a edgelists organized in list and a list of
dataframes containing alteri attributes.
Usage

to.network(e.lists, alteri.list)
Arguments
e.lists
List of data.frames containg edge data/ one edgelist.
alteri.list
List of data.frames containg alteri attributes.
