Arguments

output file from getMWTarch
xmin
minimum bounding longitude
xmax
maximum bounding longitude
ymin
minimum bounding latitude
ymax
maximum bounding latitude
keepall
logical to keep values outside of bounds
sst.depth
not sure what this does, we aren't using SST
use.minmax
logical to use x/y min/max
