A dataset containing the complete dialogue of Romeo and Juliet with turns of talk split into sentences.

Format

A data frame with 2151 rows and 8 variables

Details

• person. Character in the play

• sex. Gender

• fam.aff. Family affiliation of character

• died. Dummy coded death variable (0-no; 1-yes); if yes the character dies in the play

• dialogue. The spoken dialogue

• act. The act (akin to repeated measures)

• stem.text. Text that has been stemmed
