Simulating data for analysis of gene-based tests for GWAS analysis. Please see analyses/main.R for example usage, as well as R/gene_based_tests.R for implementation of available tests. Package is currently under development.
Can install using the devtools package, i.e.
library("devtools")
devtools::install_github("weinstockj/gwassim")
