Flattens an object into some kind of useful array.
Usage

flatten(obj)
Arguments
obj
The argument, either a Chain or a Starts object.
Value
one of the following, depending on the class of the argument object.
Chain argumenta data frame parameter libraries.
Starts argumenta named numeric vector of starting values. If
epsilon is set in obj, then one of phi, alp,
or gamma must be set too.
