Generate PFMatrix or PFMatrixList from file.
Description
atacMotifScan and atacMotifScanPair accept PFM in a list, this
function convert JASPAR PFM file to PFMatrix or PFMatrixList.
Usage
getMotifInfo(motif.file = NULL)
Arguments
motif.file
Motif PFM file downloaded from JASPAR.
Details
Generate PFMatrix or PFMatrixList.
Value
PFMatrix or PFMatrixList.
