Description
Report generation using Sweave
Create a summary table for each type of uploaded data
csv table has 5 col: sampleID, feature #, zero, missing #
Usage
CreateSummaryTable(mSetObj = NA)
Arguments
mSetObj
Input the name of the created mSetObj (see InitDataObjects)
