Description
This function sets the peak enrichment method.
Usage
SetPeakEnrichMethod(mSetObj = NA, algOpt, version = "v2")
Arguments
mSetObj
Input the name of the created mSetObj.
algOpt
algorithm option, can be "gsea", "mum" and "integ"
version
version of mummichog
