Usage

generator(ctmc, bycol = TRUE)

Arguments

ctmc	a ctmc class object
bycol	logical, indicate whether the generater matrix columns sum to zero, default value is TRUE

Value

A matrix corresponding to the infiniteseimal generator matrix
