zalperst/visualizeprot: Visualize the Protein Chemical Property Landscape

This package is meant as a quick visualization aide for proteins to quickly graph out the chemical property space. Chemical properties currently available are computed amino acid logP values (continous), and acidity categorization (acidic, neutral, or basic). The visualization breaks up the visualization at each protein chain. This package maybe used for several reasons. One possible reason is to partition functional and structural regions. The former being known to contain more polar amino acids with acid/ base functionality, and the latter known to be mainly hydrophobic. Future additions to this package will include statistical analysis on the atomic level, multivariate radisl basis description of the landscape by gradient optimisation.
