MixClusResults-class: MixClusResults objects
In MixCluster: MixCluster performs the clustering of mixed-type data sets (data sets with different natures of variables) with missing values.
Description
This class contains all the output of the MixClusClustering function.
- model
A list where its first element is an instance of MixClusModel_hetero, MixClusModel_homo or MixClusModel_indpt.
- param
An instance of MixClusParam presenting the estimates.
- data
An instance of MixClusData.
- priors
A list of the hyper-parameters.
- initparam
An instance of MixClusParam presenting the initial parameters.
