Check coherency of model configurations with data

1	checkModelConfigs(modelConfigs, modelData)

`modelConfigs`	the matrix of model configurations
`modelData`	the data necessary for model estimation, which is the result from `modelData` or `glmModelData`

returns TRUE if model configurations are coherent with modelData, otherwise throws error messages
