In pi0: Estimating the proportion of true null hypotheses for FDR

Description

Print summary for an object of class nparncpt. This includes the estimated proportion of true null hypotheses (pi0), estimated mean of noncentrality parameters (mu.ncp), estimated standard deviation of noncentrality parameters (sd.ncp), the estimated effective number of parameters (enp), and the tuning parameter (lambda) that controls the amount of smoothing.
