PointProcessKernel-class: Class '"PointProcessKernel"'

Description

A point process model class that extends "PointProcessModel" to handle smooth filter terms non-parametrically using reproducing kernel Hilbert spaces.

Objects from the Class

Objects are created by calls of ppKernel).

Slots

New slots:

g:

a "numeric" containing the kernel term evaluations.

kernelTerms:

a "numeric" specifying the terms in the formul that are filter terms.

kernelMatrixCol:

a numeric vector.

kernelMatrixEnv:

an environment that contains an object of class "Matrix" - a sort of model matrix corresponding to the kernel terms.

responseKernelMatrix:

a "Matrix".

U:

a "Matrix" specifying a reparametrization.

Extends

Class "PointProcessModel", directly. Class "PointProcess", by class "PointProcessModel", distance 2.
