In CNPBayes: Bayesian mixture models for copy number polymorphisms

Description Slots

This class inherits from the Hyperparameters class. This class is for hyperparameters which are marginal over the batches.

k: Number of components
mu.0: Prior mean for mu.
tau2.0: prior variance on mu
eta.0: rate paramater for tau2
m2.0: shape parameter for tau2
alpha: mixture probabilities
beta: parameter for nu.0 distribution
a: shape for sigma2.0
b: rate for sigma2.0
dfr: positive number for t-distribution degrees of freedom
