Usage

updateCellId(object, new.ids = vector("character"))

Arguments

object	The object for which the cell ids will be updated
new.ids	The new ids to assign to the object

Value

CoreSet The modified CoreSet object

Examples

updateCellId(clevelandSmall_cSet, cellNames(clevelandSmall_cSet))
